She holds two professional certifications: Certified Legal Auditor (CLA) and Certified Legislative Drafter (CLD). These credentials reflect her unique ability to assess legal compliance frameworks while crafting precise and effective legislative and regulatory instruments.

Under her guidance, the firm focuses on pre-emptive legal strategies, ESG integration, and arbitration. Setyawati has played a critical role in institutional reforms, capacity building for regulators, and international collaborations—cementing Anggraeni and Partners as a regional leader in dispute resolution and maritime legal policy

Reynalda, or Alda, is a seasoned legal practitioner with a Master of Law in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University and is a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO). She currently leads the firm’s Personal Data Protection (PDP) practice, navigating the complexities of GDPR alignment and Indonesia’s PDP Law (UU No. 27/2022).

Her work emphasizes not only regulatory compliance but also strategic risk mitigation for clients handling cross-border data flows. Alda’s in-depth understanding of EU standards and ASEAN privacy frameworks makes her instrumental in bridging global and local privacy expectations.

She has advised multinational corporations and financial institutions on PDP audits, crisis response for data breaches, and third-party vendor risk management.
