He has extensive expertise and a deep understanding of information security consulting, IT risk management, cybersecurity risk assessment, third-party risk assessment, data protection, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and industrial control system security, among others. He has worked with clients from various industries, including banking and finance, power and utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail, transportation, telecommunications, and so on. 

With 13 years in Cybersecurity, IT risk management, and IT assurance, along with 2 years in IT development, Khoa brings a wealth of expertise. Specializing in information security management system consulting, third-party risk assessment, project risk assessment, ISMS implementation, data classification, and more, he has served clients in various sectors including banking, finance, power, manufacturing, and retail.

With 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, An excels in red teaming, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and configuration review for various platforms including web, mobile applications, infrastructure, and cloud. Proficient in multiple programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, and SQL, he possesses robust skills in analyzing source codes for web, mobile, and thick applications. An is also a valued member of the GIAC/SANS Advisory Board.
