Senior Consultant (GRC & Business Improvement)

Education/Background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
3 years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, governance, or assurance services.

Assigment/Project Location

Willing to be assigned to projects across Indonesia.

Important Information

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support consulting projects related to internal audit, ICFR, governance, risk management, and assurance.
Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and gap analysis against applicable standards or frameworks.
Analyze business processes and identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
Develop practical recommendations and improvement plans for clients.
Prepare and review project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with client stakeholders.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior consultants during project execution.
Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, governance, or assurance services.
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, ICFR, and risk management practices.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
