Manager Consultant (GRC & Business Improvement)

Education/Background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering
7+ years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, governance, or assurance services.

Assigment/Project Location

Willing to be assigned to projects across Indonesia.

Important Information

Key Responsibilites:

Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee project teams and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
Provide strategic advisory and recommendations to clients regarding governance, risk management, and internal control improvements.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project engagements.
Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and process reviews.
Review and approve reports, presentations, and other project outputs before submission to clients.
Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants within the team.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and opportunity identification.
Monitor developments in regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, governance, or assurance services.
Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
Deep understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, governance, and ICFR.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
