Education/Background
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems.
3 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, data governance, or information technology.
Assigment/Project Location
Willing to be assigned to projects across Indonesia.
Important Information
Key Responsibilites:
Lead and support consulting engagements related to IT strategy, digital transformation, data governance, and system modernization.
Conduct analysis of business processes, technology, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop IT strategies, digital roadmaps, and digital transformation recommendations.
Perform digital maturity assessments and data maturity assessments.
Manage project workstreams, including team coordination and project progress monitoring.
Prepare and review project reports, presentations, and consulting documentation.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and stakeholder interviews with clients.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior consultants.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems.
3 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, data governance, or technology-related roles.
Understanding of IT governance, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or data governance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
Experience in leading project workstreams or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
