Education/Background
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems.
7+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, data governance, or information technology.
Assigment/Project Location
Willing to be assigned to projects across Indonesia.
Important Information
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee project teams and ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Provide strategic advisory and recommendations related to IT strategy, digital transformation, data governance, and system modernization.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project engagements.
Lead analysis of business processes, technology, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Review and approve reports, presentations, and project documentation before submission to clients.
Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants within the team.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, effort estimation, and opportunity identification.
Monitor developments in technology trends, digital transformation, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, data governance, or information technology.
Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
Deep understanding of IT governance, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data governance.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
