Starting as a lead consultant implementing Lean Six Sigma across diverse Indonesian industries, Rifki progressed to strategic positions in Lean Six Sigma consulting. He consistently aids business owners and executives in enhancing end-to-end business performance and value chain, focusing on strategy, growth, and profitability.
