Raki, who has been a management consultant and auditor for more than 15 years, started his career in a global consulting firm dealing with local and multinational clients. His experience in the GRC, IT GRC, Strategy, Data Governance and Privacy, Cybersecurity and Technology Consulting in various industries enrich his understanding of client needs and help him in providing the best solutions. Raki has also been involved in professional associations for a long time and currently act as President of ISACA Indonesia with more than 800 IT professional members GRC. Raki is also active in teaching and has become a guest lecturer in GRC and Technology for undergraduate and postgraduate programs at leading universities. In addition, he is also often lined up to be a speaker at various seminars in Indonesia.

Dadan is one of the founders of Veda Praxis. He is an expert in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). He started his career at one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Indonesia as a Financial Auditor and Business Risk Consultant. Dadan is the first generation to implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) in Indonesia and held an internal auditor certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors. With his insight on the Indonesian culture and more than 20 years of GRC experience, he actively educates industry players and the public sector on the key role of good governance and risk management in advancing the Indonesian economy.

A graduate of the University of EAST London with a major in Business Information Systems, Harry has 17 years of experience optimizing business process. This includes controlling, handling, and reviewing company activities and project implementation. As Chief of Sales at Veda Praxis, he is responsible for each business unit’s progress, training implementation, and sales process management.

Graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology major in chemistry, Rifki explores many challenges in pursuing his goals. Apart from being a news anchor in 2003, Rifki also had a career as a business coach and a trainer for neurolinguistic programming (NLP). He started his career as a lead consultant and project manager of Lean Six Sigma implementation in various industries in Indonesia. Rifki later achieved a strategic position at Lean Six Sigma Consultants. He consistently contributes to helping business owners & executives to improve end-to-end business performance & value chain such as strategy, growth & profitability.

Before Joining Veda Praxis, Mesa was the Chief of Technology in Citrareka Bina Inovasi (CBI). He provided the best solution to integrate internal and external management information for wide-field organizations. Mesa also contributed to the banking, securities, plantation, manufacturing, and telecommunication industries.

Graduated as an accountant from Padjadjaran University, his in-depth knowledge and experiences are well elaborate in developing IT Applications. He is an expert in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), data integration systems, and relational database management development and implementation.

Mohammad Mukhlis is an expert and practitioner of ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Governance Risk Management Compliance (GRC) in both IT and Non-IT areas, have more than two decades of experience and have held several strategic positions related to Information Technology and Risk Management at the Exchange Securities Indonesia, Director of Pefindo Credit Bureau and currently active as IT GRC Advisor at the Indonesian Securities Rating Agency (Pefindo) as well as a member of the National Technical Committee in the areas of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (National Standardization Agency).

Ritchi is a Research Partner at Veda Praxis and a Professor in Accounting Information Systems and Digital Innovation at Padjadjaran University (Unpad), Indonesia. With more than 15 years of experience in consulting services and research, Ritchi is an enthusiast in business process management and innovation, accounting information systems, and IS governance. He shows a keen interest in process science and analytics, the cognitive aspect of information systems, risk, and internal control, and IS governance. He has published several papers in contemporary and scientific journals in the accounting technology and governance field. He finished his bachelor’s in accounting at Padjadjaran University, Master of Business and IT at the University of Melbourne and earned a Doctor in Business Information System at Humboldt Universität of Berlin. Currently, Ritchi also serves as the Director of the Center for Digital Innovation Studies (Digits) at Unpad, the Director of Research and Education of ISACA Indonesia, co-founder of the newly established Indonesia BPM Association, and a member of the Institute of Indonesian Accountant.

Deden, who joined Veda Praxis as a Shariah Digital Advisory Partner, completed his undergraduate education at Padjadjaran University, Bandung with a major in Accounting and earned a Masters’s degree in Management at the Indonesia Banking School, Jakarta.
His expertise in Digital Shariah, Shariah Finance, Shariah Marketing Finance, Shariah Banking, Financial Technology, and Business Process Improvement has made Deden trusted as a consultant who handles projects primarily related to business development and Shariah finance.

Haldi Panjaitan is an expert in Business Continuity Management and IT Governance with decades of experience. A graduate of the School of Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, who had started his career in 2007. He has obtained various certifications and handled clients from wide-range industries in the government and private sectors. His analytical skills and experience allow him to focus on providing solutions for industry players. His interest in sharing and teaching will bring fresh air to improve Veda Praxis’s services and helps contribute to the Indonesian industry and business ecosystem after officially joining in 2021.

Aris graduated with a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting from Trisakti University in 1993 and also won the title of Master of Public Policy from the Indonesian School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP) in 2020. For 29 years, he has been involved in professional services, banking, property, national organizations, and multi-national organizations focusing on Information System Audit and Security. Not only has a successful career in the United States, but he is also interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance, education, renewable energy, and public policy. The Big Four graduate actively contributes as a presenter at various open seminars and leading educational institutions in Indonesia.

Graduated from Computerized Accounting with Information System (IS) Audit background, Dicky has established 7 years career on financial service industry auditing and ensuring their IS security. Throughout his career, Dicky has involved in various clients in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance projects and shaped his specialization as IS Auditor.​ Dicky’s achievement(s) that he’s proud of is every moment Dicky successfully helped companies in polishing up their IS security and reliability. Traits Dicky has that easily acknowledge by his peers, clients, and coworkers are his comprehensive understanding in IT Infrastructure, working by considering every detail, and thinking strategically in solving challenges.

Irvan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Padjajaran University. His expertise in the banking industry, payment systems, and information technology security (IT security) was built through 15 years of project experience in the banking and financial sector.​ Currently, he is a consultant and Project Manager for innumerable clients such as banking, techno-startup, and telecommunication company. He finds his purpose in improving his clients’ performance by finding effective solutions to govern information security aspects.

As a practitioner with expertise in Internal & Financial Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Business Process Improvement, Imelda handled various audit projects, financial reports, and taxes in domestic and foreign companies for more than fifteen years. This University of Indonesia graduate started his career as a Senior Auditor at the well-known Public Accounting Firm RSM Indonesia and a secondment program at RSM Singapore. After her career as an auditor, Imelda occupied strategic positions in Finance & Accounting at companies such as PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., TOLL Indonesia, and Kencana Agri Limited.

As an enthusiastic Technology Management with an educational background in S1 Instrumentation Physics at the University of Indonesia, Ary consistently develops his career in Information Technology and Management. He started his career as a Server Engineer, IT consultant, and has since tailored himself as a Project Manager and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance expert.

After graduating with an Information Technology master’s degree, Hendra built his career for 14 years focusing on information technology. He started as IT Engineer, IT Consultant, and now as a Manager in Veda Praxis. While building his career path Hendra achieved certifications in IT Governance, IT Service Management, Business Continuity Management, and Enterprise Architecture.​ Hendra utilizes his knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Governance, and IT Service Management to help businesses in various sectors, especially in the banking and financial industry.​

Tora joined Veda Praxis as an Assistant Manager after completing his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of North Sumatra. His interest in Business Process Improvement has made Tora trusted as a consultant to handle projects in preparing organizational governance and strategic management. In addition, Tora also has expertise in Strategic Management, Business Process Improvement, Compilation of Governance/QHSES Management System. , Risk Management​, HR Management​, Performance Management​, and Business Acumen.

Daniel joined Veda Praxis as a Senior Consultant after completing his undergraduate education majoring in journalism at Multimedia Nusantara University and earning a master’s degree in science at the University of Indonesia. His interest in the integrity and good governance began when he assisted the Corruption Eradication Commission in making various audio-visual campaign products with anti-corruption themes. Not only certified as an anti-corruption instructor and ISO 37001:2016 Lead Implementer, but Daniel has also experienced in conducting due diligence and assisting wide-field entities, in private companies, BUMN/D, and public institutions by implementing SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System.
